Vibe Board Shipping Policy

Applicable Areas

The Vibe Store exclusively sells and ships items within the United States and some areas in Canada. For purchases in the United Kingdom and others, please refer to the respective policy statements.

Shipping Costs

For orders shipped to 48 contiguous United States, standard delivery is complimentary for orders equal to or over $150. Orders under $150 incur a $10 delivery fee, which will be automatically applied at the time of checkout.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping costs apply. Please contact sales@vibe.us for individual quotes.

Shipping Methods

Our standard free shipping method is ground service (parcel) and curbside delivery with liftgate (truck/LTL). This means drivers are not allowed to bring packages beyond the curbside due to liability/insurance issues. Please note that our shipping services cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

For orders with 75" boards, or 55" boards with stands (quantities over 4), paid shipping options are available. You can select these options on the checkout page:

  • Inside Delivery: First-floor lobby drop-off
  • White Glove: Floor/room delivery with pallet Jack
  • White Glove Enhanced: Two-person room delivery via stairs

For specialized deliveries, you may need to contact our support team to schedule before checkout. Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships. Please provide a valid phone number, as carriers will call 24-48 hours before arrival to schedule a delivery appointment. Exact timing depends on carrier availability.

The shipping carriers we collaborate with include:

  • Parcel: FedEx Ground/UPS Ground
  • Truck/LTL: Pilot/Maersk, ABF Freight, R&L Freight, Daylight Transport, Estes Express, Saia

Lead Time

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will take 2-3 business days for your order to process. For orders placed during holidays, the processing times may differ.

You will receive the shipping confirmation email once the orders are ready to ship. Please note that when purchasing multiple items in one order, they may be dispatched separately, and you will receive individual shipping confirmation emails for the products ship.

Most orders are expected to be in transit for approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on your area of delivery.

Track your order on our order tracking page or through the shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number and link.
