Plans & Availability

Can I subscribe to Vibe AI plans without purchasing the hardware bundle?
Currently, the Pro plan is exclusively available through the Vibe Bot Bundle. Team and Enterprise plans are not yet open for direct online purchase; please contact salescontact sales if you have specific requirements for your organization.
Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! We want you to experience Vibe AI comfortably, so we offer a "First Month on Us" benefit for all new workspaces:

With Vibe Bot Bundle: Your package automatically includes 1 Bonus Month, giving you 13 months of access for the price of 12.
With Software-Only Plan: If you subscribe without a bundle, you will start with a 1-month free trial before any billing occurs.

Note: This "First Month" benefit is applied once per workspace.If your workspace has already utilized a trial or bonus month, additional devices will not trigger a new offer.

Billing & Activation

When does my subscription start after purchasing a Bundle?
Your subscription does not start automatically. An activation card is delivered along with your hardware package. Simply follow the instructions on the card to activate it, and your subscription period will begin immediately upon successful activation.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can manage your subscription in your account settings at any time. The cancellation policy depends on your plan:

Vibe Bot Bundle: You are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of activation, you will receive a full refund and your service will stop immediately. After 30 days, no refunds are issued, but you will retain access until the end of your prepaid term (13 months).
Software-Only Plan:You can cancel anytime. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. For active subscriptions, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Usage & Limits

What happens if I reach my usage limits?
You will be notified if you hit your limits for transcription minutes or AI talking minutes. You can still access your existing memory and history, but you won't be able to process new data until the next billing cycle begins. To continue immediately, you can upgrade your plan or purchase a top-up pack.
Are usage limits shared across multiple devices?
Yes. If multiple devices are subscribed to Vibe AI within the same workspace, their limits (such as transcription minutes and AI talking minutes) are pooled together and shared across the entire workspace.
Will I lose my history if the "Memory Retention" period passes?
No, your files and records are safe. Memory Retention refers only to the "active context" of the Memory Graph (e.g., a 12-month retention means the AI builds context from the last 12 months of data). Your actual transcripts, saved threads, and Ask AI history are permanently stored and remain accessible.
Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your data belongs to you—we do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models without your explicit permission.
