Is the Vibe Board S1 55″ a standalone system or do I need a computer with it?

Vibe S1 55″ is an all-in-one conference room solution that combines an interactive digital whiteboard with an open ecosystem VibeOS based on Chrome OS, whiteboarding app Canvas, optional Smart Camera, and the companion app Vibe One. It’s designed for next-level team collaboration.

How is the Vibe Board powered? Does the board have a battery pack? Can it function without being plugged in?

The Vibe Board is powered by a 3-meter detachable power cord included with your purchase. Currently, we do not offer a battery option. The Vibe Board must be connected to a power outlet to function.

Is there built-in audio and microphone in Vibe S1 55″?

Vibe S1 55″ has 2 built-in speakers but no built-in microphone. Our specially designed camera, the Vibe Smart Camera, is compatible with S1 and includes 6 built-in microphones in a 3D array, as well as noise cancellation and echo cancellation for better sound. You can also use other compatible USB-C microphones.

Can I use my Vibe S1 55″ like a TV?

Although the Vibe Board doesn't receive broadcast signals, you can download streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc., from the Vibe Store to watch your favorite TV shows and movies. You can also connect your Vibe Board to Apple TV, Chromecast, and more. Screencasting from any device is supported as well.

What makes a Vibe Board superior to a TV or computer?

Are there any other accessories available with Vibe?

Which cameras and microphones work with Vibe S1 55″?

For the best video conferencing experience, Vibe S1 offers an optional Vibe Smart Camera, equipped with image enhancement, noise cancellation, and AI features such as auto framing, gallery mode, and more. Vibe is also compatible with most USB-connected cameras and microphones, such as Logitech BRIO, Polycom Studio, and more.

Is your camera 4K?

Vibe’s Smart Camera uses Sony’s 4K sensor. However, due to digital zooming and cropping of raw images, the camera may output 1080P and 720P videos according to the video conferencing software you’re using.

Do I need to purchase a stand or wall mount for my Vibe S1 55″

Vibe offers beautifully designed custom mobile stands (in four colors) that are easy to install. These stands are sold separately from the Vibe Board.

Vibe Boards are also compatible with many other types of stands or wall mounts, depending on your needs or requirements. All mounts and stands must be able to support at least 70.0 lb and be compatible with a 200mm x 200mm VESA mount.

Which stylus should I use with Vibe S1 55″? Can I buy more?

Vibe S1 55’’ comes with 2 passive styluses. You can use the stylus to write or draw on screen.

Vibe Board S1 is also compatible with active stylus, which is made with Bluetooth wireless techonology. You can use the active stylus to draw and navigate the board, or use it as a clicker for presentations to turn pages on Vibe Canvas or in Powerpoint. You can buy active stylus or more passive styluses on our website.

Which cabled accessories does Vibe support?

Vibe Board S1 55″ has 3 USB-C ports and 1 HDMI-In to support additional cabled accessories.

What operating system does Vibe run on?

Vibe S1 runs on VibeOS, an operating system based on Chromium OS. Android apps can also run on Vibe. Learn more.

Which apps work on Vibe?

You can download apps from the Google Play store and Vibe Store, and run Web Chrome extensions. The Vibe Store contains 100+ fully vetted apps, such as Figma, Miro, Asana, Netflix, Slack, Teams, Google Drive, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, BlueJeans, and more. Can multiple people collaborate on Vibe at the same time? What is the limit?

Vibe Board allows up to 4 collaborators to use the board at the same time, with 20 simultaneous touch points. Additionally, you can share and collaborate on the same board with Canvas, our cloud-based whiteboard app that has no limit on the number of participants in a single session. You can join a Canvas session from Vibe Boards, computer browsers, or tablets.

Does Vibe Canvas automatically save information in real-time, or do I need to save my work manually?

Vibe Canvas is cloud-based collaboration software. If you’re logged in to Vibe Canvas, any canvas you’re working on will automatically be saved to the cloud.

Does Vibe support Single Sign On (SSO)?

Yes, Vibe supports two popular forms of SSO: OAuth SSO and SAML. Vibe supports OAuth sign-in from trusted identity providers like Google, Microsoft, and Slack. Additionally, Vibe supports SAML-based SSO from Azure, Okta, and more for access control and user account management.

How is data stored in Vibe S1?

The content on the Vibe Board is stored in AWS Simple Storage Service (S3), which provides reliable, secure, efficient, and scalable storage. The data is further encrypted using AES-256, one of the strongest encryption methods.

Is the Vibe Board Apple supported?

The Vibe Board, which runs on ChromeOS, supports multiple 3rd party apps. You can screencast your iPhone, iPad, and Mac through Airplay or use a Type-C cable.

Do I need to download new apps or make changes to my workflow to integrate with your system?

There's no need to change your workflow with Vibe! The Vibe Board streamlines your workflow with multiple cloud drive options and all your favorite apps, such as Dropbox, Google Classroom, Google Suite, Slack, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and Figma. You can download these apps from the Vibe Store, Chrome Web Store, or Google Play!

Can you print from the Vibe S1 55″?

Yes, you can connect your printer to the Vibe Board via USB or LAN and print directly from it.

Can people connect to the board from different locations?

Absolutely! With our cloud-based whiteboard software, Vibe Canvas, you can collaborate on a computer, iPad, or phone from anywhere in the world. You can jot down an idea on your iPad, build on it with colleagues in the office, and share it for review with stakeholders remotely. The number of people who can join a video conference depends on the software you use.

What wireless casting options does Vibe support?

Vibe S1 supports screencasting from a variety of devices. Here are the options: Cable connection: Cast from Windows, Apple, or Android devices to the Vibe Board with HDMI-in or USB-C port at resolutions up to 4K. Wireless connection:

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with Vibe, you can return the device within 30 days of your delivery date. You will only need to cover the return delivery fee.

Shipping

Does Vibe offer shipping within the U.S.?

The US-Vibe store ships to all US 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will require special shipping designation, please contact our sales for support. Vibe does not provide free shipping to Military (APO/FPO), so please contact our sales if you have any requirements.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide your full street address. Rural route numbers are acceptable but may result in longer delivery times. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Once you have placed your order, you will receive tracking number(s) via email once the items have shipped.

Do you offer inside delivery?

Vibe offers free ground services, which only provide delivery to your exterior door. If you need inside delivery, a hand truck, or white glove services, please contact our support team for further details.

How long do I expect to receive my boards after I make the purchase? Do you deliver on holidays?

Our business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, or after 12 PM PST, the order will be processed on the next business day. Orders requiring expedited shipping must be finalized by 8 AM PST.

Delays in delivery times during holidays, peak season, weather, and transit/carrier issues can affect your shipment(s) arrival time. We will notify you accordingly via email.

How do I track my package?

If you've made a purchase through our Vibe Store, you can find your tracking information here. Additionally, customers will receive a tracking number in their shipping confirmation email, which can be used to track shipments.
