Vibe Board Shipping Policy

Applicable Areas

The Vibe Store United States exclusively sells and ships items within the United States. For purchases in Canada, the United Kingdom and others, please refer to the respective policy statements.

Shipping Costs

For orders shipped to 48 contiguous United States, standard delivery is complimentary for orders equal to or over $150. Orders under $150 incur a $10 delivery fee, which will be automatically applied at the time of checkout.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping costs apply. Please contact sales@vibe.us for individual quotes.

Shipping Methods

Our standard shipping method is ground service, delivering to your exterior door. Kindly note that our shipping services are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

For specialized shipping needs such as expedited shipping or delivery to door, please contact sales@vibe.us .

The shipping carriers we collaborate with and commonly utilize are:

  • Parcel: FedEx Ground/UPS Ground
  • Truck/LTL: Pilot/Maersk, ABF Freight, R&L Freight, Daylight Transport, Estes Express, Saia

Lead Time

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will take 2 business days for order processing. For orders placed during holidays, the processing times may differ.

You will receive the shipping confirmation email once the packages are ready to ship. Please note that when purchasing multiple items in one order, they may be dispatched separately and you will receive individual shipping confirmation emails for each item.

Most orders are expected to be in transit for approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

Track your order on our order tracking page or through the shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number and link.

Before finalizing your order, please carefully review all details, including name, shipping address, and products, to ensure accuracy and prevent potential issues.

For any amendments to shipping information prior to dispatch, contact us at logistics@vibe.us .

Should you need to modify details while your order is in transit, please also reach out to logistics@vibe.us . We will coordinate with our logistics partners or provide direct courier contact details. Be aware that changing the delivery location may incur additional fees, and some modifications might not be feasible.
