Vibe Board Shipping Policy

Applicable Areas

The Vibe Store exclusively sells and ships items within the United States and some areas in Canada. For purchases in the United Kingdom and others, please refer to the respective policy statements.

Shipping Costs

For orders shipped to 48 contiguous United States, standard delivery is complimentary for orders equal to or over $150. Orders under $150 incur a $10 delivery fee, which will be automatically applied at the time of checkout.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping costs apply. Please contact sales@vibe.us for individual quotes.

Shipping Methods

Our standard shipping method is ground service (parcel) and Curbside delivery with liftgate (truck/LTL). This means drivers are not allowed to bring the package farther than the curbside due to liability/insurance issue.

Kindly note that our shipping services are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

For specialized shipping needs such as expedited shipping or delivery to door, please contact sales@vibe.us .

Pay for service items:

  • Dock Delivery: This is when customer can provide assistance with forklift to unload or drvier can assist unload pallet with pallet jack to the end of the trailer or entrance dock.
  • Inside Delivery Business: Driver will drop pallet off in main entrance, foyer, lobby, or receiving area.
  • Inside Delivery Residential: Driver will drop off packages closer to the entrance, which can be a garage or open area.
  • Hand Truck Delivery: This is dolly delivery with 2 drivers/helpers.
  • White Glove Service: This service delivers mainly to room of choice. Unboxing and/or disposal of materials must be stated at the beginning of the quote. If not, the driver will only drop off package in room or area of choice. No installation is provided by any carrier that we have.

The shipping carriers we collaborate with and commonly utilize are:

  • Parcel: FedEx Ground/UPS Ground
  • Truck/LTL: Pilot/Maersk, ABF Freight, R&L Freight, Daylight Transport, Estes Express, Saia

Lead Time

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will take 2-3 business days for your order to process. For orders placed during holidays, the processing times may differ.

You will receive the shipping confirmation email once the orders are ready to ship. Please note that when purchasing multiple items in one order, they may be dispatched separately, and you will receive individual shipping confirmation emails for the products ship.

Most orders are expected to be in transit for approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on your area of delivery.

Track your order on our order tracking page or through the shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number and link.

Should you need to modify details while your order is in transit, please also reach out to logistics@vibe.us . Please note that any re-consignment may incur additional fees and we cannot guarantee that all changes or modifications can be made.
