55″ Vibe Boards

If you purchased a 55″ Vibe board(s) directly from Vibe, you can request a return within the first 30 days after you have received delivery of your product. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee ($300 USD/ unit). For Amazon purchases, please contact us through Amazon. If it is past the 30 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchange.

Please keep all original packaging in case you need to do a return. The product must not be damaged and must be shipped back to the nearest return location for your country with all the included accessories and original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. (US return location is in 2130 E. DEL AMO BLVD., COMPTON, CA, 90220).

Vibe will need to inspect the product before we can issue a refund.

We also accept return items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

To request a return or exchange, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form .

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

75″ Vibe Pro Boards

If you purchased a 75″ Vibe Pro board(s) directly from Vibe, you can request a return within the first 30 days after you have received delivery of your product. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee ($530 USD/ unit).

All return requests must be submitted to and approved by our customer service department. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued within this 30 day period. If it is past the 30 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchange.

Please keep all original packaging in case you need to do a return. The product must not be damaged and must be shipped back to the nearest return location for your country with all the included accessories and original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Vibe Stand

55″ Vibe Stand & 75″Vibe Stand

If you purchased a Vibe Stand the returned product(s) must be UNOPENED as you received them with the original package(s) and you are responsible for the shipping cost ($300-350 USD/ unit) and risk of loss of such return shipment. Once the package is opened, the product CANNOT be returned.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund and it has been more than 5 days since we processed your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vibe.us .

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 business days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.

If you would like to exchange your Vibe product for the same item, please indicate that you need a replacement item when completing the RMA form , and be sure to confirm your shipping address. Vibe will replace your damaged item with a brand new replacement and will cover the shipping both ways.

All shipping damages or missing items must be reported within 7 business days upon the receipt of the product. Vibe is not responsible for shipping damages reported after such period.

Shipping

Upon review of the RMA request, Vibe will provide a shipping label for you to return the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund. In the US, the shipping fee is listed above. For international customers, this rate will depend on the shipping cost for your region.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
